Colin is a licensed real estate Broker in DC, MD, and VA. Colin has held several executive positions with the State Realtor Association. He is a past President of DCAR (DC Association of Realtors). He also holds the National Association of Realtors GREEN designation for sustainable buildings.

Colin has been licensed since 2006 and works with Buyers, Sellers, Investors, and Developers. He has had multi-million dollars worth of sales each year for the past 5 years. Colin has also received 5 star service reviews from his past clients posted on Zillow.com. His past client roster includes law firms dealing with complex Estates, Tenants, or Valuation issues, and even the 1st time homebuyer looking for experienced help in today’s competitive market. Additionally, Colin has represented commercial and investment focused clients looking for his expertise with zoning laws and valuations to negotiate structure for properties less than 10K SF.

Colin obtained his MBA from George Washington University with a focus in Real Estate Finance and Marketing. He graduated from Miami University of Ohio and grew up in Chicago. Moving to the DC area in 2003, Colin lives in the Capitol Hill neighborhood with his 2 boys and lovely wife in a historic home. On his down time he can be found biking around the areas many nature trails, checking out up and coming food spots and discovering new adventures with his family throughout the area.
