One of our local Settlement Companies have introduced a Short Sale management program.  For a fee of $800 due at closing; they will handle all of the details of the short sale.  Seems like money well spent.  Of course the challenge is do the sellers have the $800?  

Well after working many short sales; I would gladly split this cost with a seller to make the process as smooth as possible (short sales are never smooth; but ever little bit helps).
