James Downing
A native of Michigan, Jim sought out the metro DC area to launch his Real Estate career. Now a DC resident, he utilizes his 20 years of knowledge from the business world of working in sales and marketing to quickly form his own business with a strong foundation in customer advocacy. New and returning clients appreciate his knowledgeable yet candid approach to their real estate needs. Jim has won many Sales Awards as well as awards for Innovation. He is also a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and an Accredited Buyers Representative as well as a Certified Relocation Specialist.
Holding three Real Estate Licenses, Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia, Jim works around the beltway with buyers and sellers. His clients include buyers and sellers from all walks of life, including many 1st-Time Homebuyers, Military and Corporate executives relocating.
In his spare time he supports charities such as Habitant for Humanity and the Washington Animal Rescue League; and can often be found walking around Logan or Dupont Circle with his Beagle-mix dog, Riley.

John Peters
John, A DC resident for 12 years, is a licensed Realtor in DC, Maryland and Virginia. Having lived in Alexandria, Dupont Circle, Chinatown, Adams Morgan and now in the Columbia Heights/16th Street Heights area, John has his finger on the pulse of the DC real estate market and all that the city has to offer potential home buyers.

Terry brings a keen eye when assisting clients for home staging a design. In his unique background, he has done everything from designing and managing bed and breakfasts in Central America to working as a project manager and designer in large office spaces.
